El seu secret rau en la combinaci\u00f3 de dos vins: un Fino sec, mineral i amb tocs d\u2019ametlla, i un Moscatell dol\u00e7, floral i c\u00edtric.<\/p>\n<p>A aquesta base s\u2019hi afegeix una selecci\u00f3 precisa de bot\u00e0nics com l\u2019ajenjo, la camamilla o el roman\u00ed, que aporten car\u00e0cter i equilibri. El resultat \u00e9s un vermut elegant, amb aromes herb\u00e0cies i florals, i un final sec i amarg on predomina la personalitat del Fino.<\/p>\n<p>El Fino i el Moscatell convertits en vermut blanc. Lustau no t\u00e9 l\u00edmits i per a aquest Vermut Blanc Lustau ha escollit el milloret del celler: un Fi, sec i ametllat; i un Moscatell, floral i c\u00edtric. A aix\u00f2 hi afegeix una selecci\u00f3 de bals\u00e0mics infusionats: donzell, camamilla, roman\u00ed i altres m\u00e9s. I el resultat \u00e9s el primer Vermut Blanc de la hist\u00f2ria de Jerez.
